2.Personal sensitive information(from GB/T 35273-2020 "Information Security Technology Personal Information Security Specification"): refers to personal information that may endanger personal and property safety once leaked, illegally provided or abused, and is likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. The personal sensitive information involved in this privacy policy includes your personal property information, personal identity information, personal biometric information, network identity information, contact information, precise positioning information, and delivery address. The specific types of personal sensitive information we actually collect are described below.

3.Device：refers to a device that can be used to access our products and/or services, such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

4.Unique device identifier(unique ID or UUID): refers to a string of characters encoded into the device by the device manufacturer, which can be used to uniquely identify the corresponding device (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI information, etc.). The unique device identifier has a variety of uses, including providing advertising when cookies cannot be used (for example, in mobile applications).

5.IP address：Each device that accesses the Internet is assigned a number called an Internet Protocol (IP) address. These numbers are usually assigned based on geographic regions. IP addresses are usually used to identify the location of a device when it is connected to the Internet.

6.SSL：SSL (Secure Socket Layer), also known as secure socket layer, is a security protocol implemented on the transmission communication protocol (TCP/IP). SSL supports various types of networks and provides three basic security services, all of which use public key and symmetric key technology to achieve information confidentiality.

7.Cookie：Cookie is a small file containing a string of characters, which is sent and stored in your computer, mobile device or other device (usually encrypted) when you log in and use a website or other network content. Cookie-like technologies are other technologies that can be used for similar purposes as cookies, such as: Web Beacon, Proxy, embedded scripts, etc.

8.Account：When you register an account and provide us with some personal information, you can better use our services. When you visit LookShort, the system will use this account information to authenticate you to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your account.

11.Server logs：Normally, our servers automatically record the web page requests you make when you visit the website. These "server logs" typically include your network request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and one or more cookies that can uniquely identify your browser.

IV. How we collect and use your personal information

1.LookShort collects and uses the personal information you actively provide during the use of the service or generated due to the needs of products and/or services in accordance with laws and regulations and in accordance with the principles of legitimacy, legality and necessity. If we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this privacy policy, or use the collected information for other purposes based on specific purposes, we will promptly inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.

2.There are two types of your personal information that we collect and use: The first type: information required for the core business functions of our products and/or services: This type of information is necessary for the normal operation of products and/or services, and you must authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally; the second type: information that may need to be collected for additional business functions: This information is required for non-core business functions, and you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. 4. Generally, we will collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios：

4.1 Account Registration

（1）When you register and log in to a LookShort account, you need to complete a series of registration procedures in accordance with our instructions. During this process, you need to provide us with the following information: account nickname, mobile phone number or email address (personal sensitive information, used to receive verification code to match personal identity). Only if you provide true and accurate information above can you successfully register a LookShort account and use the core functions of the product and/or service. If you choose not to provide the above information necessary to realize the core product functions of LookShort, it may result in us being unable to provide you with the core product functions.

（2）Our products support you to log in using a third-party platform account (Weibo account/QQ account). If you log in using a third-party platform account, we will obtain relevant information (including: user name, nickname, avatar, etc.) and identity verification information (personal sensitive information) under the third-party account according to your authorization. We promise that the collection of the above information is used to provide you with account login services and to protect your account security and prevent security risks. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to log in to our platform using the account of the third-party platform, but it will not affect the normal use of other products and services we provide.

（3）At the same time, you need to understand that the mobile phone number or email address and the verification code matching result are your personal sensitive information. We collect such information based on the relevant requirements of laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to register an account and use related product functions. Please consider carefully before choosing whether to provide it.

4.2 Search

When you use the search function in our products, we need to collect some of your information, including the following personal information: your device information, your log information, including the words or terms you searched, your browsing history and time, and the time and number of times you searched. We collect this information to quickly match you with the content you need and the content you may be interested in, and also to improve our products and services.

4.3 Video Display and Playback

（1）Our products and/or services provide you with video display and playback services. During this process, we need to collect some of your information, including the following personal information: device model, device name, unique device identification code, obtaining device sensors, monitoring sensors, browser type and settings, language settings, operating system and application version, login IP address, network access method, network quality data, mobile network information, product version number, network log information (such as operation logs, service logs). At the same time, in order to collect the above basic personal device information, we will apply for permission to access your device information. We collect this information to provide you with video display and playback services. If you refuse to provide the above permissions, you may not be able to use our related products and services. Please understand that separate device information, log information, etc. are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. Unless you have obtained your authorization or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information.

（2）When you use an Android device to log in to our products and use video display and playback, you can enable/cancel this permission at any time by using the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services. The setting path for the phone information access permission of the LookShort APP on the Android side is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to View Phone Information". When you enable this permission, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; but when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.4 Customer Service

When you file a complaint, appeal or consultation with LookShort, for the security of your account and system, we may need you to provide account information in advance and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. At the same time, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve problems, we may also need you to provide personal information (personal sensitive information) such as name, mobile phone number, email and other contact information. In addition, we will also collect your communication information with us (including text/pictures/audio/video/call records) and other necessary information related to your needs. We collect this information to investigate the facts and help you solve the problem. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of complaints, appeals or consultations.

During the operation of the app, it is necessary to obtain the running process information to determine whether the application is in the foreground, to determine the display method of the notification message, and to record the running scene when the application crashes and share the cause of the crash; obtain the installed APP information, based on the application visibility rules of the Android system, to check whether WeChat is installed to achieve WeChat quick login

4.5 Sharing of pictures, texts and videos

When you use the functions of commenting, barrage, sharing and posting (including contribution, dynamic and album), we will collect the above-mentioned pictures, texts and video content information you actively provide. At the same time, we will also access your mobile phone album permissions with your consent to facilitate your sharing of videos and pictures. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or use the relevant function setting page of our products and/or services. For example, the album permission setting path of the LookShort APP on iOS is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Album Permissions". When you enable this permission, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.6 Scanning QR codes and taking photos (including video shooting services and live broadcast services)

When you use the device camera to scan QR codes, take photos, and shoot videos (including live broadcasts), we will access the relevant permissions of your device camera and collect the pictures and video information you provide and upload to us after scanning QR codes, taking photos, and shooting videos. If you refuse to provide this permission and content, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or use the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services. The camera permission setting path of LookShort APP is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Camera". When you enable this permission, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect, and use your personal information; when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.7 Recording Video, Live Broadcast, Real-time Voice

（1）When you use the service of recording video, live broadcast or real-time voice (including real-time battle voice of mini games), we will obtain the relevant permission to access your device recording (microphone), and we need to collect your voice information and voice interaction information (personal information). If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or the relevant function setting page of our product and/or service. The microphone permission setting path of LookShort APP is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Microphone Permission".

（2） When you use the service of inserting live background music, we will obtain the relevant permission to access your device storage files, and we need to read your stored audio files (personal information). If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or the relevant function setting page of our product and/or service. The storage permission setting path of the LookShort APP on Android is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Use File Storage and Access Functions". The storage permission (media library) setting path of the LookShort APP on iOS (only iOS9.3 and above) is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Media Library".

When you enable the above permissions, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.8 Reservation and Product Launch Reminders

When you use the reminder functions of reservations (such as chasing series) and product launches (such as ticket bookings and figurine reservations), we will access the relevant permissions of your device calendar, and we need to collect your calendar information (personal information). If you refuse to provide it, it will only make you unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or the relevant function setting page of our products and/or services. The calendar permission setting path of LookShort APP is: Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Calendar Information". When you enable the above permissions, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.9 Product Transactions

（1）When you purchase products (such as buying figures in member purchases) or services in our products and/or services, you need to provide some information related to the completion of the transaction, including the following: product or service information of the transaction, consignee information (consignee name, delivery address and contact number) (personal sensitive information). In addition, we may also collect some other order-related information, including: transaction amount, order time, order number, order status, payment method, Payment serial number, payment status. （2）When you use the online electronic contract system, in order to complete the real-name authentication service, we will provide your personal identity information, personal biometric information and personal property information to the online electronic contract system provider as needed according to relevant laws and regulations and different authentication methods, including the following: signatory information (signatory name, contact number) (personal sensitive information), signatory ID number (personal sensitive information), facial recognition features (personal sensitive information), bank account (personal information); in order to accurately verify your identity, the online electronic contract system provider needs to provide the above information to a third-party organization that legally stores your personal information (relevant government departments, telecom operators, China UnionPay, Alipay) for comparison and verification. We promise to you that we will do our utmost to protect the security of your personal information, strictly require the online electronic contract system provider to keep your personal information confidential, and only obtain and use it for the purpose of real-name authentication, and shall not disclose it to unrelated parties or use it for any other purpose.

4.11 Payment

When you open a VIP membership service, order goods, recharge B coins, buy melon seeds, etc. on LookShort, you need to use the payment function. During the payment process, we may collect your user ID of a third-party payment channel (such as Alipay user ID, WeChat open ID, QQ wallet open ID or bank card information) (personal sensitive information). The above information is necessary for us to provide you with the information you need to purchase goods and/or services. We cannot obtain your personal property information based solely on this information, nor can we identify the identity information of a specific natural person.

4.12 Necessary for targeted recommendations, maintenance/improvement of our products and/or services

（1）Based on the collected information, we will perform feature analysis and user profiling of your preferences, habits, and location in order to provide you with more suitable customized services, such as showing or recommending more relevant (rather than generally pushed) search results, video content, offline activities, information streams, or advertising/promotional information results. To this end, the information we need to collect includes your device information (such as hardware model, device MAC address, IMEI, IDFA, IMSI, necessary software list), browser model, log information, browsing history, objects of likes/shares/comments/interactions, search terms, and personal location information (of which precise positioning information is personal sensitive information). For example: recommending anime series, advertisements, and comic exhibitions in the current city that you may like.

To ensure your autonomy in receiving information, when you are not interested in the personalized content we recommend or want to reduce certain information recommendations, you can click the button in the lower right corner of the recommended content in the app and select the relevant reason to accurately block it. When you are not interested in the personalized ads we recommend or no longer want to receive such personalized ads, you can use the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services to turn on/off personalized ad recommendations. The setting path for personalized ad recommendations of LookShort APP is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Personalize Display Ad Recommendations".

At the same time, if you do not want to receive personalized content pushed to you by us, you can use the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services to turn on/off push at any time. The content push setting path of LookShort APP is: "Settings-Push Settings-Push Content I May Be Interested In".

（2）In particular, in order to satisfy the offline activity information function of locating your location for the member ticket purchase business, we will obtain the IP address of your device and your personal location information (precise location information is personal sensitive information). You can authorize to provide us with your location information (you know and agree that in certain specific business scenarios, in order to improve business processing capabilities, reduce costs or other considerations, we may use a capable third-party positioning SDK to obtain your relevant information, such as using the "Tencent Positioning" SDK to obtain your IMEI information. However, without your consent, we will not actively transmit the aforementioned information to the third party), so that we can recommend the latest news in your area or service content that is more suitable for you. If you decide to opt out of our personalized recommendations/targeted push based on location information, you can enable/cancel this permission through the relevant function settings of your device. （3）Furthermore, we may collect your search history, browsing history, favorite history, viewing time, order information, device information, objects of likes/shares/comments/interactions, your preferred online behavior, interest preferences and other information when you use our products and/or services to form a user portrait to help us better understand how you access and use our products and/or services, maintain and improve our products and/or services, or respond to you in other aspects.

（4）If you use an iOS device to log in to our product and your device system is iOS14 or above, you can choose to turn off precise positioning information (personal sensitive information). At this time, we will only obtain your approximate geographic location (personal information). Turning off precise positioning information will not affect your normal use of this function. You can also turn on/off this permission at any time through the relevant function settings page of your device system.

4.13 Dynamics, Mini Programs

（1）When you enable the positioning function of your device and choose to use the positioning function we provide based on geographic location when publishing dynamics or running mini programs (mini games), we may collect personal location information about you (precise positioning information is personal sensitive information). If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the products and/or services. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or the relevant function setting page of our products and/or services. The location permission setting path of LookShort APP is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Location Information". When you enable this permission, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; but when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

（2）If you use an iOS device to log in to our product and your device system is iOS14 or above, you can choose to turn off precise positioning information (personal sensitive information). At this time, we will only obtain your approximate geographic location (personal information). Turning off precise positioning information will not affect your normal use of this function. You can also turn on/off this permission at any time through your device system or by using the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services.

4.14 Same City

（1）When you turn on the positioning function of your device and use the Same City service at the same time, we will show you the dynamic information around you, display the distance between you and the location where the dynamic publisher posted, and push the dynamic information you posted to the Same City page. For this purpose, we may collect your personal location information (precise positioning information is personal sensitive information) and the IP address of your device.

If you refuse to provide personal location information, it will not affect your normal use of this function, but you will not be able to obtain the distance between you and the location where the dynamic publisher posted when using the Same City browsing service. At the same time, you can also turn on/off the location information permission at any time through your device system or by using the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services. The location permission setting path of LookShort APP is: "Settings-Privacy Permission Settings-Allow LookShort to Access Location Information". When you enable this permission, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; but when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

We collect IP address information to provide you with services that display information in the same city. If you refuse to provide the above permissions, you may not be able to use our related products and services. Please understand that a single IP address is information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the period of combined use, this type of non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. We provide identity authentication services on the LookShort platform for individual users. When you apply for LookShort to authenticate your identity, we need to collect your name, ID number, and relevant identity documents (personal sensitive information) to verify your personal identity. After reviewing the authenticity of your personal information, we will mark the authentication mark for you and provide exclusive services for the authentication account.

4.16 Video and screenshot cache

When you use a mobile device to log in to our products and use the video cache and screenshot cache functions, we may obtain storage permissions for your device. If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or use the relevant function setting page of our products and/or services. When you enable this permission, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; but when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.17 Screen Mirroring

When you use an iOS device to log in to our product and use the screen mirroring function, we may obtain access rights to the local network where your device is located and collect device information in the local network (including hardware model, manufacturer, and device decoder information). If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, if your device system is iOS14 and above, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services. 4.18 Shortcuts

When you use an iOS device to log in to our products and use the shortcut function, we may obtain the Siri usage permission of your device and collect your voice information and voice interaction information (personal information). If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. At the same time, if your device system is iOS10 and above, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through your device system or use the relevant function settings page of our products and/or services. When you enable the above permissions, it is deemed that you authorize us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; but when you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above corresponding services; but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

4.19 Hide message list

When you use the hide message list function (this function allows you to log in and run our products on multiple devices at the same time, choose to display the message list only on one device and hide the message list of other devices), we may collect the list of software currently in use on your device. Please understand that a separate list of software in use cannot identify the identity information of a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the combined use, this type of non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. 4.20 Push notification

When you use the push notification function, if you want to open the app through a push message when the app is not started, we may send a broadcast through the Android system to wake up the APP self-start or associated startup behavior. If you need to turn off this function, you can go to My-Settings-Turn off the push notification switch.

4.21 Interactive functions

When you use some of our interactive functions (such as player screen rotation, live broadcast) and face recognition functions, we need to obtain the sensor information of your device (accelerometer, gravity sensor, magnetic field sensor, gyroscope sensor) or monitor the sensor information of the device to achieve the above functions.

4.22 Your personal information collected indirectly from third parties
